Community Guidelines

1.Be Yourself, Be Real

Show up as the person you actually are. Real name, real age, current photos of yourself.

• Use photos of yourself — no models, no cartoons, no celebrities, no group photos where you can't be identified.
• Use your real first name; nicknames are fine, catfish names are not.
• State your real age. Age fraud — especially claiming to be an adult when you are a minor, or vice versa — leads to permanent termination.
• Do not impersonate another person, real or fictional.

2.Respect Other People

Treat every person on ChatLesh with basic dignity, even when you're not interested in them.

• "No thanks" is a complete sentence. Don't argue with a rejection.
• Don't send unsolicited sexual content. Ask first; accept the answer either way.
• Don't insult, mock, or shame anyone for their appearance, body, gender, orientation, religion, or background.
• Don't harass someone after they've blocked or stopped responding to you.

3.Zero Tolerance

• Any sexual content involving a minor (see our Child Safety Standards)
• Grooming or sexualising a minor
• Threats of violence, sexual assault, kidnapping, or harm to a person or their family
• Sharing intimate images of another person without their consent (revenge porn)
• Hate speech, incitement to violence, or promotion of terrorist organisations
• Selling or promoting illegal drugs, weapons, or human trafficking

4.Sexual Content

ChatLesh is an adult app, but it is not a porn app. To keep things safe for everyone:

• Profile photos must be clothed. Nudity, semi-nudity, and sexually suggestive imagery in profile photos are not allowed.
• No unsolicited explicit content in chat. If the other person hasn't asked, don't send it.
• Never send anything sexual to a minor. If in doubt about someone's age, do not proceed — report the profile.
• Public posts (Feed) follow the same clothed-photo standard as profile photos.

5.No Commercial or Off-Platform Activity

ChatLesh is for personal connection, not commerce.

• Do not solicit or offer paid sexual services, escorting, sugar-dating arrangements, or any form of transactional sex.
• Do not promote other apps, businesses, MLM schemes, crypto tokens, or investment opportunities.
• Do not ask for money, gifts, wire transfers, or gift cards. Every romance-scam starts with an off-platform payment request.
• Do not immediately push people onto WhatsApp, Instagram, or Telegram before you've had a proper conversation. Off-platform redirection is a common grooming and scam pattern.

6.No Deception or Impersonation

• Do not create multiple accounts to circumvent a block or a termination.
• Do not impersonate a public figure, celebrity, or brand.
• Do not pretend to be a different age, gender, or nationality.
• Do not use another person's photos with or without their permission.

7.Respect Others' Privacy

• Do not share screenshots of another user's chats, profile, or photos on other platforms.
• Do not share another user's personal information (phone number, address, workplace) publicly or with third parties.
• Do not attempt to identify or "dox" other users.

8.Honest Use of AI

ChatLesh offers AI-generated opener suggestions and translation. That's fine to use. What's not fine:

• Using AI-generated photos as your profile photos (they're not you).
• Using AI to run automated, script-like conversations at scale.
• Bypassing our moderation with prompt-injection or adversarial content.

9.Reporting and Enforcement

If you see something wrong, report it. Every profile and every chat has a 3-dot menu → Report action with categorized reasons and an optional description.

Our enforcement ladder:

• Content removal / warning for minor first-time violations.
• Freeze / feature restriction for repeat or moderate violations (also called "zombie" state — can be lifted by resolving the issue or, in some cases, by a King & Queen subscription).
• Suspension for serious violations, pending review.
• Permanent ban + device blacklist for severe or repeated violations. In the child-safety context: immediate permanent ban and legal reporting.

All decisions can be appealed by writing to support@chatlesh.com. Appeals against child-safety terminations are reviewed by our Child Safety Team.

10.Off-App Behavior

What starts on ChatLesh doesn't always stay on ChatLesh. If we receive credible reports that a user's off-platform behavior toward another ChatLesh user — including stalking, harassment, assault, or non-consensual intimate imagery — violates our rules, we may take enforcement action even for conduct that happened outside the app.
